Congratulations to Louise and Craig for having a beautiful Godsent baby - Evie. She is just over a week old today and perfect in every way. I couldn't wait to see her.

The good thing about home photo shoot is, you don't need many props , studio equipment or lighting. Newborn babies are tiny and don't need much space, so I took some shots of Evie on the sofa and mom holding her in her arms using natural light.

Louise - who looked incredibly stunning after giving birth - styled Evie in a gorgeous red dress and a little red hat, she was uber cute. The best photos can be taken when babies are asleep.

Few family shots are always good to have - yes men , even when you find it boring -, because you'll cherish this hour for a lifetime. Best to have some done then regret it later.

At the end of the photo shoot Evie woke up, looked around smiled and yawned.

Isn't she just adorable ? Children are gift of God.
